Our production lines are equipped with PLC-controlled, fully automated systems.

Rolling temperature is reached quickly and efficiently using high-capacity induction systems and a natural-gas furnace.
Heated steel bars pass through the induction system without manual contact and are formed to the required diameter tolerance by two rotating dies.
Five separate production lines provide output of up to 12 tonnes per hour.
Depending on customer requirements, steel balls are packed in steel drums or big bags, providing practical advantages during transport, storage and loading at the operating site.
The alloy carbon-steel bars used in ball production are sourced in accordance with Grindballs standards from Hasçelik Group companies and accredited first-class producers.
To achieve the required mechanical properties, steel balls undergo heat treatment on fully automated, continuous production lines.
