Grindballs is a Turkish brand with more than 20 years of experience in producing high-wear-resistant steel balls and mill rods for the mining industry. Since its establishment, our aim has been to manufacture balls and rods that improve grinding efficiency, reduce energy consumption and offer a long service life. Our modern production lines, fully automated heat-treatment furnaces and precise hardness-control systems provide an annual capacity of more than 60,000 tonnes, subject to revision.
Our product range includes Ballex steel balls from 16 mm to 140 mm and Barex rods manufactured in various compositions, diameters and lengths according to customer requirements. All products are supplied with EN 10204 3.1 certification and undergo spectrometric analysis, microstructure inspection and hardness testing. Grindballs operates within the ISO 9001:2015 quality-management framework.
We provide customers with more than products: we also support process optimisation, including technical guidance aimed at improving grinding-ball consumption and mill performance.
