BALLEX

Engineered for demanding operations.

01

BALLEX products can be manufactured in different chemical compositions and sizes from 16 mm to 125 mm according to customer requirements.

Raw materials are accepted only after rigorous incoming-control procedures. Steel bars heated in induction and/or natural-gas furnaces are prepared for rolling with homogeneous, fully controlled heat distribution. The automated heat-control system manages every stage of heat treatment precisely. In the continuous heat-treatment process, every ball is processed with the same thermal parameters, producing a uniform and standard hardness distribution.
